The Workplace Yogi

E-live in collaboration with The Workplace Yogi conducted a yoga session at Eros House last week. Emma Carberry, founder of the reputed organization conducted a very exciting chair yoga session for our office based team members.   The concept of Active Sitting , Active Breathing  and Stretching was introduced which enabled the team members to understand how to sit in a way that will protect their bodies from strain injuries and aches that often come with desk-based jobs. Tips & techniques on mindful meditation practices were also shared. We hope to have many more sessions such as these to enhance the overall health, happiness and energy of our team members in the workplace.
