The Department of Economic Development in Dubai Honors Eros Group for Excellence in Customer Service

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) award for Best Performance Brand in Electronics was presented by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to Deepak Babani, CEO, Eros Group and Niranjan Gidwani, Deputy CEO, Eros Group.

Eros Group, the sole distributor of world-renowned brands Samsung, Hitachi, TCL, Linksys & Sonos, has been awarded in recognition of its excellence in customer service through its retail arm Eros Digital Home.

The DSES honor is aimed at promoting excellence in customer service standard in private sector and recognize businesses that offer excellent service for their customers. The award is designed particularly to gain customer’s confidence and to make the experience of “Shopping in Dubai” a pleasurable one. This scheme binds all participating businesses to a common code of business ethics and core criteria for customer service excellence.
