(REPAIR OR JOB ESTIMATION)

  • This estimate is an approximation based on information and requirements provided by the customer and is not guaranteed. Any extra work or repair may incur additional charge as found necessary. This estimate is valid for 7 days.
  • No refund on charges collected once repair or service has already been carried out.
  • Delivery for out of warranty goods will be done strictly against payment by cash or credit card. For cheque payments, products/parts will be released after receipt of payment confirmation from Eros Finance Department.
  • Inspection charges varies based on product category and must be paid at the time of giving the product for repair at the Service Centre. The amount will be adjusted in the final invoice. In case of repair cancellation, the inspection charge is non-refundable.
  • Eros Service Centre is not responsible for any data loss; the customer must arrange for proper backup of his/her data before giving the unit for repair or service.
  • Storage charges at AED 2/- per day is applicable if the delivery/collection of repaired set is not taken within one month from the date of intimation about repair completion.
  • Eros Group holds the authority to scrap the unit if not collected within 3 months from the date of intimation about repair completion.
  • All goods are taken at customer’s risk. The company shall not be liable for product damage/s caused by accident, fire, process of work-in-transit and theft.
  • VAT charges are applicable under the law.
  • All the civil disputes shall be addressed under the jurisdiction of UAE laws.

  • Please present the job card to claim your repaired unit.
  • Warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damages, liquid damages, corrosion, batteries, and accessories.
  • Warranty report must carry Warranty Card, Tax Invoice of the dealer evidencing the date of purchase.
  • Repair charges will be applied on out of warranty repair. No refund on charges collected once repair or service has already been carried out.

  • For DTV Installation Service: The wall mount connection will be carried out at customer’s risk & responsibility on all counts i.e., durability of the surface to sustain the weight, any concealed electrical, air conditioning, water pipes or any other connections that could be damage due to drilling. Only the wall bracket supplied by Eros will be used for installation, any other bracket if required to be fitted will be done at customer’s own risk. Eros shall not be held responsible for any unintended consequential damage/s caused by installation.
